Turbo Tint Opens Newest Store in Orlando, FL
Store Will Install Automotive Window Tint Packages in Less Than an Hour
Moran Family of Brands, one of the nation’s leading franchises of general automotive repair, transmission repair and window tint services, announced its newest franchise location with a Turbo Tint store in Orlando, Florida.
Turbo Tint specializes in automotive window tint services. Under the brand’s concept, customers can purchase a tint package and schedule an appointment online. When they arrive for service, they will only need to select their desired shade of window film. The entire installation process is completed in one hour or less.
In addition to automotive window tinting, Turbo Tint locations will also offer architectural window tinting solutions, ceramic coating, and paint protection services. Window tint options are available for residential or commercial buildings with the benefits of lower energy costs, excellent UV protection and increased comfort by preventing exposure to sunlight throughout the year. Paint protection services apply a thin protective film to maintain the condition of a vehicle’s exterior from damage due to scratches, chips, rust, fading and abrasion from rocks, pebbles, and debris from the road.
The newest Turbo Tint store will open on Wednesday, March 16 and is located at 7855 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. It will operate Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The Orlando store is owned by Derek Huizinga, who purchased exclusive rights to the Orlando territory, which covers a 20-mile radius. This will be the first Turbo Tint store he operates, and he has plans to open at least an additional four stores under the same concept within the region.
Huizinga currently owns two companies, with the first being a digital marketing company, May 15 Media, which assists SEO clients with content placement and domain authority establishment and procurement. The other is May 15 Exteriors LLC which will house his Turbo Tint locations.
“When I heard that I already knew the owner of the new Turbo Tint stores that opened in Delray Beach and Pompano Beach last year, it gave me all the affirmation I needed to move forward with bringing this brand to Orlando,” said Huizinga. “This brand carries a high value proposition by delivering a first-class tinting experience with a convenient online ordering process for busy individuals.”
The Orlando Turbo Tint store is the fourth location in the country. The first opened in Oklahoma City, OK after nearly forty years as an Alta Mere accessories and tint shop. It was followed by new stores in Delray Beach and Pompano Beach, Florida. The quick-installation, online purchasing and scheduling concept was tested for a year and a half before developing into a new franchise brand.
“The Turbo Tint concept is a perfect fit for Florida and expanding our footprint into the Orlando market is the next logical move,” said Peter Baldine, President of Moran Family of Brands. “Derek has vast experience in growing and scaling businesses, so we look forward to adding more locations throughout central Florida in the coming year through his leadership.”
